Day 3
Subject: [firstname]: Here are the 3 R's of product launches

Hey [firstname],

Back in elementary school your teacher probably banged on and on about the 3 R's. She was right. Without a solid grounding in Readin, Rightin, and 'Rithmatic (not to mention spelling ;-)) you'll find it hard to learn anything substantial.

But did you know there are 3 R's in product launches, too?

They are: Right product, right niche, right result!

Get the first two wrong and there's NO WAY ON EARTH you can get the third one right.

For example: It's no use having a burger stand at the end of your driveway if you live in a residential street that hardly anybody comes down and most people in your neighborhood are vegetarians anyway!

So you need to do your homework and use all the tools at your disposal to find out what your market is hungry for, how you can satisfy that hunger, and (most importantly) how you can reach your market to let them know about it and make purchasing a no-brainer.

I'm going to share a tip given to me by a VERY successful marketer: Plan your launch BEFORE you create your product.

I know that sounds counter-intuitive, but bear with me.

If you get your marketing in place first, you'll know several things

 * First off, you'll know if people are going to want to buy what you plan on selling. If there's no demand, don't waste your time.
 * Secondly, you'll find the best routes to that market.
 * Thirdly, you'll know if that market has money so
 * Fourthly, you'll have a fair idea of what price point your market can sustain, and whether it's going to be worth your while selling to it.

Armed with this knowledge, you can create a product which is practically guaranteed to be successful. I say practically because there are still a few more hoops to jump through as I'll explain in the coming days, and go into a lot more detail in my product launch guide.

Talk soon,

[Your Name]
